Haying at The Farm

I have a real love/hate relationship with hay cutting time here at The Farm.

I love looking at the neat bales scattered across the field and the smell of the freshly mowed hay. I love the tractors hum as it travels ’round and ’round. I love the squeak and lurch of the trailer wheels as they drive around the fields to pick up the hay bales.

But, *achoo!* I’m NOT so fond of the dust and allergens thrown up into the air by all that activity! *sniff sniff*

JessieDog loves hay cutting time. Just look at what a happy grin she is wearing! Barking at the trucks as they pull in the barn driveway and hassling the dogs the Hayers bring with them. Ahhh *happy sighs* life is good for Miss JessieDog!
